Beta TX 670 DISCO Prepreg

Beta TX670 DISCO is a prepreg sold in sheet format. This special format allows for simpler and faster layups. Beta TX670 DISCO Prepreg has a 0°,+/-60° orientation, is quasi-isotropic within each ply, and comes with an engineered cut pattern that improves drapability.

Airflow 65R

Airflow 65R can be used as an autoclave or oven hose. The outer ply is silicone rubber that encases a flexible steel tube that prevents collapse and hose separation.

Airdraw 2 and Wrightlon® 7400

Airdraw 2 and Wrightlon® 7400 Embossed have embossed pattern that provides network of air passageways, eliminating the need for a separate layer of breather.

Wrightlon® 4600

Wrightlon® 4600 release film is a low cost high temperature film for use in flat or limited curvature molding applications up to 380°F (193°C).

BBH 1080 Hose

BBH 1080 is a durable high temperature and high pressure autoclave hose. The hose construction consists of an inner flexible stainless steel conduit over-wrapped with a stainless steel braid.

Masterflex “S” series

The Masterflex “S“ series is a flexible spiral square tube used as a reinforcing hat section stiffener on the backside of the tool face. Masterflex stiffens the tool face to avoid dimensional stability problems.

Stretchlon® 700

Stretchlon® 700 vacuum bag film is a high elongation elastomeric film which is designed for cures up to 385°F (195°C). It is particularly suitable for applications where softness and elongation are required.

Teflease MG2

Teflease MG 2 is a high temperature PTFE pressure sensitive tape. Teflease MG tapes will release from most resin systems. They are ideal for use on tooling blocks and all areas where high elongation and release is needed.
